Dr. Mohan Kaul delivers Australia-India Address

India celebrated its 64th birthday on 15 August of this year.

Each year, the Australia-India business council celebrates India’s Independence Day by hosting a keynote speaker to deliver the Australia-India Address. This year, the W.A chapter of the AIBC launched its first Australia-India address on 18 August 2011 in a cocktail event at the Parmelia Hilton, Perth.

Perdaman Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Vikas Rambal was given the honour of formally introducing Dr. Mohan Kaul, Director General and CEO of the Commonwealth Business Council.

Dr. Kaul delivered the address in which he spoke about the upcoming Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Perth and the role of India and Australia in the Commonwealth.
