Perdaman Chemicals & Fertilisers Issues SoI Document

Perdaman Chemicals & Fertilisers (previously NWCF) plans to build and operate a world-scale urea manufacturing facility in Collie, Western Australia.

The SOI (Solicitation of Interest) document and information package has been issued to major Australian and international contractors and technology suppliers to illicit proposals to participate in engineering and construction of the project.

The SOI provies a description of work to be taken for the project and includes relevant technical and commercial information relating to contractors’ potential participation in the project.

Reponses to the SOI will be used to select contractors and/or consortiums with whom Perdaman Chemicals & Fertilisers will enter into negotiations for participation in the project.
