Curtin & Perdaman Joint Agreement

Curtin & Perdaman Joint Agreement

Curtin University & Perdaman Chemicals & Fertilisers have signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on coal gasification research and development.

The five-year agreement gives PCF access to expertise and facilities at the Curtin Centre for Advanced Energy Science and Engineering and provides an opportunity for Curtin students to put theory into practice at a world class gasification facility.

Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research and Development at Curtin, Professor Linda Kristjanson, along with Perdaman Chairman & Managing Director, Mr Vikas Rambal, recognise the importance of linking the expertise offered by Curtin with the practical knowledge provided by Perdaman and the clear benefits this will provide for local industry.
